Supportive Care Only: Our kidney care programs (Creatinine Control & CKD Management) are designed to support and supplement your primary nephrology care.
No Replacement: Our services do not replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed Nephrologist or Primary Care Physician.
Medical Clearance: For surgical procedures (e.g., Gynecomastia surgery), patients must undergo a full medical clearance as dictated by our surgical team.
2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
The use of this website, the submission of reports for a “Second Opinion,” or communication via WhatsApp/Email does not constitute a formal doctor-patient relationship until a formal consultation is completed and a service agreement is signed.
3. Accuracy of Information

4. Consultation and Booking Policy
Appointments: Bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations: We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of consultations.
Transparency: All pricing discussed during consultations is transparent. However, final surgical costs may vary based on individual medical requirements discovered during physical examination.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Your medical reports and personal information are handled with the strictest confidentiality. By uploading reports to our platform, you consent to our medical team reviewing this data to provide a second opinion or treatment plan.
